Great value for initial consultation

I was looking into options for Himalayan Balsam removal and saw IWA offered a free consultation. I used it and they came out, gave me a clear idea of the scope and cost. Didn't commit to the full service yet, but the consultation itself was super helpful and didn't cost anything. It helped me understand what I was dealing with without any pressure. Felt like a good use of my time and their expertise.

Reliable as always for tree work

This is my third time using IWA, and they continue to be reliable. Previously, they did some hedge trimming and a tree health assessment. This time, it was for more tree pruning. Their arborists are consistently knowledgeable and meticulous. They always clean up thoroughly, which I appreciate. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect.

Good service, minor communication issue

I hired IWA for Japanese Knotweed removal on my property. The team that came out was professional and knew their stuff. They explained the herbicide treatment process clearly, and the work itself seemed thorough. The only slight hiccup was that scheduling the initial site visit took a little longer than I expected, about a week, but once that was sorted, everything moved along well. The value for the service was fair, especially given the complexity of knotweed removal.

Comprehensive site clearance project

We engaged IWA for a full site clearance service ahead of a new construction project. From the initial free quote to the completion of the work, the process was well-managed. The team conducted a protected species survey first, which was important for our planning. They then proceeded with tree felling and extensive site clearing. Communication throughout the project was consistent, and any questions we had were addressed promptly. The site was left immaculate, and all debris was removed. The only minor point was a slight delay in receiving the final ecological impact assessment report, but it arrived within their stated timeframe. Overall, a solid service for a large-scale job.

Easy tree pruning service

Had IWA prune a couple of trees in my backyard. It was all pretty straightforward. Booked it online, they called to confirm, and the guys showed up on time. They did a good job, cleaned up all the branches. My yard looks much neater now. No fuss.
